Webcast Registration

• In order to participate in the Webcast you will be required to complete the Online Webcast Registration Form

• The registration form will ask you to provide your name, contact information, and other details

• Before your registration can be processed you must read and agree to the terms and conditions as specified

• You will receive a confirmation via email of your registration for the Webcast

Webcast Viewing

• Once you have determined that your system meets the minimum requirements to view the Webcast, simply log in and follow the instructions on screen

• If you have difficulty viewing or hearing the Webcast please consult the system requirements or troubleshooting tips

Submitting a Question

• Once you have viewed the Webcast presentation, you can submit any questions you may have for the panel to address during the Interactive Q&A Session

• Click on Submit Question and enter the required information in the question form

• You can also submit questions during the live Interactive Q&A Session

• Once the Interactive Session is closed, you will not be able to submit questions.

Webcast Interactive Q&A Session

• Once the Moderator has officially opened the session, he/she will select question from a pool of available questions

• Each question will be assigned to the relevant person/ team on the panel

• Each person/ team will review the questions directed to them, formulate a response and submit to moderator for publishing

• Both the question and the answer will be published online

A transcript of the Q&A session will be made available within 48 hours of the end of the event.
