Dr. Aleem Mohammed was appointed to the TCL Board of Directors in July 2007. He is the Chairman of S.M. Jaleel & Company Limited. Dr. Mohammed graduated as a medical doctor from the University of the West Indies in 1977 and was awarded an Honorary Degree of Doctors of Laws (LLD) in 2003. In 2005, he was also the recipient of the Chaconia Gold Medal for Business Enterprise. Dr. Mohammed is Director of SMJ Beverages (Barbados, St. Lucia, UK, USA and Canada), Jamaica Beverages Limited, Guyana Beverages Limited, Guardian Holdings Limited, Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business and National Energy Skills Centre.
