Carib Cement Named JIE Project of the Year!

Carib Cement’s Kiln 5 project won Project of the Year 2008 at the Jamaica Institution of Engineers (JIE) recently held Annual Awards Banquet. Carib Cement was also recognised by the JIE for employing a significant number of engineers.

Carib Cement’s GM, Anthony Haynes receives the award for employing more than 12 engineers from JIE Past President, Dr. Wayne Reid.

Kiln 5 Project Manager, Ken Wiltshire receives the award for Project of the Year from JIE immediate Past President, Joseph Aryee.
